Terms and Conditions


The information below will assist you with some of our procedures, as well as certain Terms and Conditions.

  1. Booking Procedures:

    1. Should you wish to book or inquire about any of our listed packages, or tailor your own desired golfing holiday, kindly complete the inquiry form below with your specified requirements. One of our dedicated team members will respond within 1 working day (at the latest) to assist you.
  2. Confirmations:

    1. After receiving your quote, and you are satisfied with your itinerary, we do ALL the bookings on your behalf and you will receive a complete confirmation with all relevant details. You simply pitch and play!
  3. Invoicing:

    1. Along with your confirmation, you will receive a detailed invoice.
  4. Payments:

    1. In order to confirm your reservation, we require the following:
      1. 50% deposit upon receiving your confirmation and invoice (to secure booking)
      2. Balance Payment to be submitted One Month prior to arrival.
      3. You may also submit Full Payment should you wish to do so.
    2. PLEASE USE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER AS REFERENCE WHEN MAKING PAYMENT
    3. Payment options are as follows:

      1. SA Bank Account Holders:
        1. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
        2. Mobipaid – credit card (3%+VAT) service fee AND /OR instant EFT
      2. International Bank Account Holders:
        1. Electronic Bank Transfer  – Please note: All banking charges are for senders/customer’s own account. Should bank charges be deducted from our account, we will need to invoice you for the fees charged.
        2. Secure Online Payment Portal Information – Exchange 4 free
          1. Click on the link above for more detailed options.
          2. Electronic Bank Transfer using Exchange 4 free– Pay in your OWN currency, into a local bank account, in your own country. NO Bank Charges.
        3. Mobipaid Payment – Credit Card or Debit Card Payments are accepted – using this payment method, a Service Fee of 3% + VAT will be charged by Mobipaid, You are required to add this to your total invoice amount (this service fee does not reflect on your invoice from Golf in the Garden Route & SA)


      If you would like to make payment via  Mobipaid, kindly advise – as we will need to send you a PAYMENT LINK via email.

  5. Cancellation Policies:

    1. Stay and Play Packages:

      1. All bookings are to be made and cancelled with Golf in the Garden Route & SA.
      2. Should you cancel your stay & play package within 10 days of your visit, full cancellation fee will apply.
      3. Between 11- 14 days – forfeit 75% cancellation fee.
      4. Between 15 – 21 days – forfeit 50% cancellation fee.
      5. Between 22 – 30 days – forfeit 25% cancellation fee.
      6. In case of a “no-show”, the full amount will be charged.
      7. All bookings must be cancelled in writing to Golf in the Garden Route & SA.
    2. Golf Only Packages:

      1. All bookings are to be made and cancelled with Golf in the Garden Route & SA.
      2. Cancellations will be handled according to each specific Golf Course’s Cancellation Policy – this will apply to Individual Bookings and Groups.
      3. Terms and Conditions will apply over PEAK SEASON, and may vary between Individual Bookings and Groups respectively.
      4. In case of a “no-show”, the applicable Golf Course will charge in full.
      5. All bookings must be cancelled in writing to Golf in the Garden Route & SA.
    3.  Golf in the Garden Route & SA’s Management will do their VERY BEST under all circumstances to assist their clients in either getting a refund, or part thereof, or other negotiable means of retaining your round, like a rain voucher for example. Please keep in mind that the final decision in such an event is completely at the discretion of the Golf Course where your booking is held.
