Our 11 well-furnished accommodation units coupled with exceptional service and excellent facilities as well the hospitable ambience of Fresnaye ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay in the lap of luxury.

Located in the suburb of Fresnaye, in close proximity to Cape Town facilities, Sundown Manor Guest House welcomes guests to a tranquil and hospitable environment. Your host, Gary, the owner of Sundown Manor, along with the staff are on hand to advise and assist in all aspects- creating a home-away-from-home experience.

A friendly and homely atmosphere awaits you at Sundown Manor where we have 11 large and spacious rooms, all en suite with upmarket finishes. All rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with TV’s (Mnet, SABC and Super Sport), fans, tea and coffee facilities and safes. Both double (king-size) and single beds are available, and triple rooms can be arranged upon request. Free Wi-Fi and parking available to all of our guests.

Fresnaye is well protected and largely wind free, a tranquil and inviting setting for unwinding on those relaxing sunny summer days! Two luxury rooms open out onto the pool area and have their own private access. Relax in the lounge or on the open patio, an ideal spot for breakfasts and evening sundowners alike overlooking the large and inviting swimming pool.

If you like the outdoors, attractions such as the Sea Point Promenade or Lion’s Head are located nearby. If you are the shopping type or like to dine on fine food, you can visit the V&A Waterfront and other shopping malls.

For the sun lovers, the famous Clifton & Camps Bay beaches are only a few minutes drive away. Shops, restaurants, golf courses, the cable car and public transport are nearby and easily accessible. Drive to the city centre with ease – ideal for that business meeting.
