The entire guest house has been furnished in hand crafted Bamboo furniture which has been custom designed and purpose made for Bamboo Guest House by the family owned business, Bamboo Living.

Floors are Bamboo and towels are 50% Bamboo/Cotton mixed fibre.

A beautifully landscaped garden and pool area with a custom built bar will reward you with hours of entertainment and relaxation in the Overberg sun.

The flow of the home with its spacious living areas lends itself to carefree comfortable living for a sublime holiday at the sea.

The very highest quality 100% cotton bed-linen and bamboo and cotton blend towels are provided. Each room is equipped with an international adaptor plug.

Animals

Regret no animals allowed. Exceptions will be made for service dogs if arrangements are made in advance with management.

BBQ

Bamboo Guest House has BBQ facilities available and will glady provide everything required for an authentic South African BBQ. Arrangements for your requirements should be made in advance in order for adequate catering planning.

Bookings

Restaurant and forward bookings will be taken care of by our management on your behalf. Please enquire at reception.

Breakfast

A full English breakfast is served in the dining room or on the patio (weather permitting) from 08H00 until 10H00. Should you require an earlier breakfast, please make arrangements with management the previous evening.

Keys

You will be provided with a set of keys and a remote control to the security gate of Bamboo Guest House upon arrival which will include a key to your suite. Please ensure that these are returned prior to your departure.

Laundry facilities are available; dry cleaning by arrangement.

Lounge

The spacious communal open plan lounge is luxuriously furnished for your comfort and leads out onto the pool deck and tranquil garden and pool area. Relax and enjoy a movie on the big screen or simply enjoy time out reading your favourite novel in this beautifully appointed space.

Power Failure

In the event of a power failure the emergency lighting will automatically come on.

The crystal clear swimming pool located in the beautifully landscaped garden at Bamboo Guest House offers an ideal spot for summer relaxation. Pool towels are provided.

Taxi Service

“Tuk-Tuk transporter service” offer an economical service between the Guest House and local amenities. For Restaurant visits they will collect you and take you to the restaurant then collect you (restaurant will call them for you) and they will return you (no time limit) and the charge for this is R80 – the tuk-tuk carries up to 6 passengers.

Television

Each room is provided with a wall mounted LCD Flat screen TV offering selected DSTV Channels.
